For a moment I thought I was on Candid Camera because I’ve never had this level of hospitality at a tiny restaurant that seems to do mostly carry out. Clay offered complimentary sweet tea that he made himself while handing me a cup filled with a generous amount of nugget ice. He also offered a refill. The sweet tea is some of the best I’ve had. The restaurant is spotless. One of the coolest things is seeing bottles of various sauces (cleaned after each use) available for customers to pull from a glass door fridge. It’s also nice to see where the food is being cooked and how clean and organized it is. The food is exquisite. I ordered fried oysters, fried jumbo shrimp, fried soft shell crab, and fried stuffed crab. I love that they don’t use a heavy breading and that it’s seasoned perfectly. ”
